The only constructive feedback i would offer is that several of our fence posts (6-7)were knocked off due to the power of the wash and we are now placing them back on. We have used JBs to pressure wash our house, refurbish our deck and stairs, and our paver patio. Everything looked brand new when they finished.

They returned calls and emails and text messages within the day. Most of the time if you call them, they pick up the phone. The group works together well and they did a great job cleaning the yard when they were done. They were respectful. The work they did was great. No surprises for increase of cost. The price quoted was the price I paid. I like the fact they included removing the stump as part of the tree removal. Some companies will not do the grinding and you would have to find another company to remove the stump. It was peace of mind they did the grinding. My sister also had them take down her tree and she was satisfied with the work.
